Just a couple of things;
I have mental atrophy, just like NEO in “The Matrix” with his muscles that he never had used before. Public education combined with years of living amongst the sheeple is causing this I believe. Please pray that I will recover quickly, this is not a joke. I have actually overloaded my brain by taking in too much new info in too short a time.
My computers are under attack, not kidding. Trying to increase security and privacy has been a chore lately. This morning all my printer drivers were suddenly missing from the control panel. All 4 printer drivers, including the pdf writers, etc. Please pray that I can get everything worked out quickly.
I am praying for wisdom and would appreciate your prayers for me as I continue the process of education and removing my family from all these worldly systems. This is definitely a fight, and I am trusting God in everything.
I have a bank “loan” that has come to the end of term and needs to be re established. I have NO IDEA of how to handle this and have not been in the search for knowledge, truth, and sovereignty long enough to know the Godly way to handle all of this. With my limited experience, I feel like I will have to walk away from the family property and business. Please pray for wisdom, I have a meeting on monday with the bank president to explain to him my change in status and I am praying for no fear and to be in God's will.
Thanks for having this section available.

I'll pray that the words “Fear not, for I am with you” and the admonition not to worry about what to say…the words will be given you as you need them. I hope those two things will put a reassured smile on your face on Monday in your interview with the bank 🙂 .
The next thing I'll pray for is that you KEEP IT SIMPLE…by not answering questions that are not asked…by not overloading the banker with new found information that he or she is unfamiliar with and that you may not have fully digested yourself. This wouldn't be the time to “enlighten” them. Let them talk…and ask them what possibilities are open to the bank and to you and how they can help arrive at a solution good for both you and the bank.
As with all unsolicited advice…please feel free to ignore all of the above.
All the best.
May 16, 2010 at 2:43 pm #13185Thanks a bunch.
The computer is back to “normal” right now, and I just found out the president of the bank is “no longer with us”. Crazy times. I don't think the bank is doing very well, the President of all the branches came to my little piece of property on Friday to tell me in person that we need to get things worked out.
The issue is that my loan expired three months ago and they requested new financials, returns, etc. and I told them that any paper work would be without SSN because I don't have one, etc. They said they could not take paperwork without it so I said “OK” and then just went about my business. Squatter's rights anyone? Anyway it has been three months of using the property after the loan matured, so now I am going to meet with the “new” person that is in charge. I think the bank president that came by on Friday is scared about his bank, he sure was quick to say they would take just interest payments when I told him he could just have the property back, and pay the taxes and pay for the maintenance.
I am amazed that a bank can use customers credit to loan debt to those customers, use the customers debt lines to borrow much more against those debt lines, charge hundreds of times the interest that they pay the FRB, and STILL CANT STAY IN BUSINESS? I thought that the general public was bad with money, the banks are much worse! They are the worst money managers that I have ever seen!!!
All this is hypothetical though, I just like to talk about scenarios as a hobby or religious belief, and thank you for your prayers.
May 27, 2010 at 4:57 pm #13186Prollins, I just now read your posts. I know I am two weeks late.
I will pray for you and your family.
God has been answering alot of my own prayers lately and I will add you to the list. I hope He will not mind.
Take care and keep studying the sovereignty materials.
I am glad you a in the FG Forums and I enjoy reading your posts.

I have been trying to work things out with the bank in the last week, and it seemed that we had worked out a situation where I would pay the back interest ($2000)on the property and then pay interest only for 6 months to get re-established. I was to collect around $7k last week but the customer is waiting on their bank to release funds for another draw against their homeloan.
My bank called today and said that they changed their mind and want my to bring the keys to the building (property) and the keys to my delivery truck. I first asked them why they wanted the truck, I am not behind on the payments and only have 3 payments left anyway, and would need it to move out of the building since they changed their mind. They responded that there was a contingency clause that allowed them to default all of my loans regardless of whether any of the loans were in default as long as one loan was in default. I did tell them that the “loan” that was in default had just run out of its term and we were in the negotiation process of reinstating it.
I have not received any paperwork from them about being behind in payments or in default on the delivery vehicle, and I did not think they could just come and take it without some kind of paperwork being done. The truck is worth at least $10k, and I only owe $1,500 bucks on it. It would be better for me to sell it back to the dealership (who is interested). I don't know how legal that is, the bank said they would not accept payoff on the vehicle under any circumstance, and that they had the legal right to refuse payment because of the default clause.
I did not join this site to avoid taxes, bankruptcy, or to learn how to do anything illegal. I joined to learn what the truth is, and for that I am grateful. Those that contribute to this site and the writings are storing up treasure in heaven in my opinion. I do feel like if I had started on this journey earlier I could stand up for myself in court, but unfortunately I do not have enough knowledge yet, which is bitter sweet.
They also said no to redoing the loan without me having a social security number, so I guess it is over anyway on that level. I just did not think that they would or could refuse payment on a loan that was not in default, and that kind of knocked the wind out of my sails. I also do not understand the concept of giving them the keys to the building when there has been no legal paperwork started for foreclosure or anything like that. Interesting.
Anyway, please pray for me and my family. I do feel sometimes like my whole life represents an arrow that was released slightly off target, and now that I have landed (seen the truth) I am looking at the target and it is so far away, and it is hard to not get a little depressed about it, wishing that I had been taught the truth from the time that I was young. I do not know what to do, but I do know that I am NOT giving anyone keys to anything without paperwork of some kind first.
Thank you for letting me ramble, it feels good to just get it out. Most of my family and friends do not understand what I try to tell them about our government and country, so having this little thread is a good release for me and helps me to feel like I am not alone.
God Bless and thanks again. I would appreciate any comments good or bad and I understand that I am responsible for my situation and how to deal with it and that any response that I get is opinion and religious belief and nothing more.
June 9, 2010 at 1:58 am #13188Thank you everyone for allowing my personal little prayer request section. Feel free to ignore the inconvenience, I don't have any other venue for releasing some of this tension.
The bank showed up tonight on the shop property with a huge tow truck intending to take my delivery truck. I asked them to show me paperwork proving that they had a right to take the truck, and they had no paperwork. I was told that they would get a court order, and I told them to do that, and without it, I would not allow them to take anything. I also informed the banker that I had not received anything from them regarding their intent on the truck or the property, so if he wanted to make any claims, he needed to do so in writing. They left without the truck.
My plan is to go to the magistrate tomorrow and try to determine if the bank has legal ground to refuse payment or refuse me paying off the loan. If so, I will try to get the bank to give me written notice that they will not accept payment or complete payoff. I might go to one of the branches and try to pay off the loan at a teller window, and ask for a receipt stating that the loan is paid in full and hopefully use that as a cancellation of the cross collateralization.
I do have a full work day tomorrow and the next, so I am hoping to make some time for some research. I feel better already, thanks for tolerating my outpourings.
BTW, I did read the C.Hansen case here on the site today, and if anyone hasn't, it is worth the time. I will make you feel empowered and encourage you to learn the law, and how it is applied, so that you can reclaim your rights.
Thanks again.
June 9, 2010 at 12:48 pm #13189Hi Prollins,
It seems clear from your description of events that the bank wants your cooperation to legitimize its alleged “legal right” to your property (if you would please show up with the keys).
They may have a “legal” right but it seems to me that you are right in making them demonstrate their right with appropriate paperwork.
Sometimes organizations do not want to assert their “legal” right with proper legal procedures because it may cost them more to send their lawyers to court than they would collect on a loan…and so with threats etc. they try and get their victim to do their dirty work.
It's interesting that the bank asserts a right to call in all loans, if only one is in default. The interesting part is…do they have a right to refuse federal reserve notes tendered in payment of a debt not in default and still assert the unpaid portion as a debt on which they could get a judgment? Money is owed…payment is tendered…payment is refused. Are there any material facts in dispute in that scenario?
Honest people even with a relatively small amount of the material on this site under their belts can usually find the right words to say and the right questions to ask (as in “where's the paper work to take the truck? 🙂 Or as in “fine take the property and you pay the taxes on it” 🙂 ).
It is ironic that what you are trying to do…to cooperate with the bank and help the bank get what is due them by renegotiating with them…they want to do by force…taking the property without due process and asking you to cooperate with them in doing that by bypassing legal paperwork and handing them the keys.
They don't seem to want your lawful cooperation but prefer your cooperation to help them assert their alleged rights over the property without conforming to any requirements of commercial law that may apply to them.
There is nothing wrong with keeping them honest as you work out this matter. There is nothing wrong with refusing to help them bypass any laws that apply to them as they proceed in this matter. This site is all about everyone complying with any law that applies to them…or with any lawful contractual agreement they make.
Even God must do his specified part in any covenant he makes with mankind…whether he must apply a penalty clause and remove Adam and Eve's access to the Tree of Life for violating the covenant…or whether he must protect the descendants of Esau from Moses…or make the fabulously wealthy Abraham even more prosperous for adhering to the terms of the covenant.
Thanks for sharing these events…your reactions demonstrate that we do well to take the admonition “Fear not for I am with you…” literally.
June 9, 2010 at 3:11 pm #13190Thanks for your comments, I do feel empowered going through this, and thanks to what I have learned here regarding my own responsibility, I am pushing through with learning what I can to do to educate and help myself.
The vehicle loan did just go one payment past due, so technically it is in default now, but only because the bank refused to accept the payment! I have the cash in hand to pay the loan off in full, and they will not accept it. So, my plan now is to wait until they file with the judge, then when I am served I will go to the court and pay them the amount and register that I have paid the judgement and wait for the hearing. I have a family member here in town that has rental properties and when she has to go to the magistrate to evict, the magistrate always forces her to accept payment in court if the renter has the money on hand at the time. I am hoping the situation will be similar. I do plan on visiting the magistrate to get a feel for what their opinion is and how they normally see these things. I think this will help me in preparing for the hearing.
All things considered, it is interesting to have a full and total payoff ready, yes in Federal Reserve Notes, and have the bank refuse payment. I really do think they are not doing well financially, but that is just opinion.
When this is all over, I would like to take about a month off to research the motor vehicle code in this state in order to try to start giving something back to the website/forum, it would make me feel good to do that. The things that are on the sites from the other states are great, and I would like to be able to research and add more details from this state to the site.
Thanks again,
Paul
