Hi all!!
I had no idea where else to post or add my info…lol. Still learning to navigate around this very wonderful site :-).
My name is David Whitehawk. I am a pastor that does perform marriages WITHOUT a state-issued license. There really isn't a need for a “marriage license” – and no where in the scriptures does it say that one is needed!! Love is all that is required between two people. Besides, most are unaware that the “state” is the THIRD party to every marriage where a “marriage license” was obtained. But, I am sure that if you are reading this you are already aware of that fact.
