Awesome Church and State News
Hello everyone. What a wonderful day it has been for ME!
For years I have been ridiculed by liberals and conservatives for preaching secularism is as much a religion for Establishment Clause purposes as Christianity or Islam or Buddhism. I have repeatedly cited Torcaso v. Watkins, which referred to Secular Humanism as a religion in the rulings footnotes along with Taoism and Ethical culture among other religions that do not believe in a “God.” And yet I have been repeatedly told by all sides that Atheism is not a religion and neither is Secular Humanism or any other belief that does not believe in God because to be a “religion” you had to believe in God. Well according to a Federal Judge in Oregon appointed by Bill Clinton, my legal interpretation was 100% right on target.
Secular Humanism was declared to be a religion for Establishment Clause purposes? Is that awesome or what? Case No.: 3:14-cv-00565-HA, American Humanist Association v U.S.

So can we now work to separate secular from State? How can we separate that which is secular religion from non-religious secular acts of government? We MUST have a separation of Church and State after all! And Secularists now have churches and clergy and all the trimmings.
How can keep secular religious influence out of schools and the government? When do we sue the schools for teaching Darwinism? And what about Socialism? Etc.
The atheists and secularlists have just painted themselves into a corner.
My Religious Freedom Restoration defense or claim just keeps getting more powerful. God told me about the RFRA and led me to my conclusions. All Glory be unto the Father! In the name of His believed Son Jesus Christ, Amen!
Will we members of The First Christian Fellowship of Eternal Sovereignty pick up this sword of truth?
