Chapter Two: Chain of Authority
A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of
government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote
themselves money from the Public Treasury. From that moment on, the majority
always votes for the candidate promising the most benefits from the Public
Treasury with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal
policy always followed by dictatorship. [Alexander Fraser Tyler]
Nothing can destroy a government more quickly than its
failure to observe its own laws, or worse, its disregard of the charter of its

For some time now the public at large has been exposed to a curious
phenomenon, which I deem to be purposeful falsehoods. These falsehoods tend to
paint a picture in our mind that is contradictory to the principles of the
Founders.
Let us examine the most blatant of these falsehoods, rember this?:
I pledge allegiance to the flag, Of the
United States of America, And to the Republic for which it stands, One
nation, under God, indivisible, With Liberty and Justice for all.
Now I challenge you to locate the word "democracy", in the Pledge
of Allegiance. Why doesn't it go:
and to the Democracy for which it
stands
? The answer is for one reason only, this Nation is not a
democracy it is a Republic. If you don't believe me then read
the Constitution. You can't even find the word democracy in that honored
document. Interestingly enough, you'll find that the Pledge of Allegiance and
the Constitution agree as to the lawful form of government of this nation.
The United States shall guarantee to every state in this
union a REPUBLICAN form of government

The American Colonies formed the American Republic, the name by which it was
known throughout the world. It is a phenomenon of the 20th Century to refer to
the American Republic as a democracy. Why the change, why the contradiction?
Contradictions do not exist. Whenever you think that
you are facing a contradiction, check your premises. You will find that one of
them is wrong. [Francisco d'Anconia]
There were many reasons why the Nation was founded as a republic instead of a
democracy. However, my purpose at this point is not to show you why the
forefathers founded a Republic, but rather to show you why we are led to
believe America is a democracy. The generic reason behind the deception lies
in the chain of authority resulting from a majority rule democracy versus that
of the American Constitutional Republic.

What the illegitimate government and false aristocracy would like

It will be advantageous to examine each chain of authority to determine
which one is the correct chain for this country.
Let us begin with the Majority Rule Democracy. You will note that at the top
of the chain is "X", I will expose what or who "X" is after
examining other portions of the chain.
FRAUD: The Aristocracy (those who have power and influence and a vested
interest in the status quo) wants you to believe that the People exercise their
power as a nationwide or statewide majority, that is one person over the 50%
fulcrum. However, a Majority of the people can only elect someone to legislate
for them, it is the Majority of the legislature that actually has the authority
to control public policy.
TRUTH: The political parties have usurped the intent of the election process.
The People are left with this choice: Evil apparent, or evil concealed.
Furthermore, the Constitution as enacted does not allow public policy to
overide unalienable rights.
FRAUD: We are also to believe that the Constitution is a living document.
That it should only be followed as long as the Majority of Congress and the
People are inclined to. It is a reference to assist the Congress in it's
effort to govern. Thus the Constitution, being a tool of reference, is not in
the actual chain of authority.
TRUTH: Without the Constitution the U.S. Government would have no lawful
authority. All acts of the government then would be void. All acts of the
government outside of the scope of the Constitution are illegal and void; viz,
lawless.
FRAUD: On the very bottom comes the individual who by virtue of a Majority
election, is bound to abide by the rules of those elected.
TRUTH: The Constitution, and thereby, the Federal Government was formed to
serve the People in matters that could not be best served as separate States or
individuals themselves. It was not formed to infringe upon the blessings of
liberty, it was formed to secure the blessings of liberty.
FRAUD: Now at the very top of this system is the mysterious classification "X".
"X" wants you to believe in his false system, so he uses his vast
resources to bend and manipulate public opinion. He is content to let the
majority rule in matters that do not concern him. However, whenever his
concerns are in conflict with the majority, "X" will get his way. "X"
commands the favors of the Democratic and Republican Party bosses. "X"
is MONEY, he is worshipped and feared by our Government and the Majority of
People. One nation, indivisible, under MONEY.
FACT: This nation was founded under God; a government of the People, by the
People, and for the People.
In contrast to democracy, consider the Constitutional Republic.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men
are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain
unalienable Rights [Declaration of Independence] [emphasis added]
The Creator is at the top, He caused the Earth to spin left to right, that
water is heavier than air, etc. Next comes that which the Creator endowed with
unalienable rights; the American Sovereignty.
We the People of the United States, in Order to form a
more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for
the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of
Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this
CONSTITUTION for the United States of America. [Preamble of the Constitution]
[emphasis added]
We the People, both collectively and as free individuals, are above the
Constitution, because We the People created it, and not only did we create it,
we created it with intent to "secure the blessings of Liberty to ourselves
and our posterity". The Government is below the
Constitution, for the government was created by it, and only a genuine and
authentic act of the people can change the Constitution. No act or Amendment
can abridge an unalienable right. Otherwise the right would be alienable.
Let no more be said about confidence in men, but bind
them [men in government] down from mischief with the chains of the
Constitution. [Thomas Jefferson] [emphasis added]
That the sole object and only legitimate end of
government is to protect the citizen in the enjoyment of life, liberty, and
property, and when the government assumes other functions it is usurpation and
oppression. [Alabama - Bill of Rights Section 35] [emphasis added]
Let us return to my previous example: "If one were to consider the
combined power of all three branches of government, you would be amazed at
their inherent disadvantage. For argument's sake let us entertain the concept
of gathering the President and all the employees of the executive branch, the
Congress and all its legislative staff, and the Supreme Court and all the
judges on the Federal Bench and all the U.S. Attorneys under one roof; the sum
of people would equal several million people. We would have (under the theory
that the People are not sovereign) the total power and the authority of the
government concentrated, but all these people together cannot serve you with an
indictment; cannot put you to trial; or convict you without your consent or
the consent of a jury."
"If the jury feels the law is unjust, we recognize
the undisputed power of the jury to acquit, even if its verdict is contrary to
the law as given by a judge, and contrary to the evidence ... and the courts
must abide by that decision." [US v Moylan, 4th Circuit Court of
Appeals, 1969, 417 F.2d at 1006] [emphasis added]
We can wholly trash the aristocrats' chain of authority as being the lawful
chain of authority in THIS country; for it follows not one of the Founders'
principles; not even the Majority of Congress can indict and convict you
without the consent of We The People's Jury or without your own consent. My
friend you are the lawful superior of the Constitution and the government
formed thereby. You are in no way shackled by the Constitution. It is the
Government that is so lawfully bound. You are a monarch in your own right, you
are sovereign, you are free and at liberty.
My God! how little do my countrymen know what precious
blessings they are in possession of, and which no other people on earth
enjoy. [Thomas Jefferson, 1785] [emphasis added]
You have rights antecedent to all earthly governments;
rights that cannot be repealed or restrained by human laws; rights derived from
the Great Legislator of the Universe. [John Adams, 2d President of the United
States]

Once again it is altogether prudent to examine what will be of the most
concern; that is to say, lawlessness. To those who still think this sounds
like anarchy you must recall what I have showed you in regard to who can
indict and who can convict you. A jury of your peers has the power
to summon you to stand trial. If you do not consent to stand trial; then you
will be declared an outlaw. An outlaw one who places himself outside of
the law is outside the protection of the law.
Being a sovereign carries with it great responsibility, you must live by the
golden rule, and properly judge when an action would breech "do unto
others as you would have done unto you". If you misjudge this, you
jeopardize your rights by awakening the de jure justice of a court of
common law. If you will not consent to trial, and perhaps punishment under
common law, then you place yourself in a de facto state of war with
other sovereigns. This is not a happy place to be as the outlaws of the old
West would attest. As a sovereign you must understand this and jealously guard
against the loss of your rights. Lest you become a subject to other sovereigns
through consent or war. Being a sovereign, knowing the golden rule, and
understanding it's implications is a much better insurance for "domestic
Tranquillity" than a million law enforcement officers and/or a billion
tons of regulations.
The very thought of losing one's independence as a king in his own right will
force him to act accordingly. If not, that independence will be stripped from
him for breach of the golden rule in a court of common law by a jury of his
peers. Thus is the basis for American Justice. It has nothing to do with the
Constitution, the government, or statutory law. It only involves us...the
sovereign People, who are above these other objects.

It is altogether apparent as to the True American Chain of Authority. This
being different than what we witness, and are generally led to believe; it
becomes necessary and proper to investigate, how the True Chain is supposed to
function.
