Gregory Nazianzen is facetious, ingenious, and
argumentative (Orat. iii. p. 101, 102, etc.). He ridicules
the folly of such vain imitation, and amuses himself with
inquiring what lessons, moral or theological, could be
extracted from the Grecian fables.
