Communism.
A system of social organization in which goods are held in common, the
opposite of the system of private property; communalism, any theory
or system of social organization involving common ownership of agents
of production of industry, the latter of which theories is referred
to in the popular use of the word "communism" while the scientific usage
sometimes conforms to the first alone and sometimes alternates between
the first and second; also the principles and theories of the Communist
Party. A system by which the state controls the means of production
and the distribution and consumption of industrial products.

California Code, Government Code - GOV § 1027.5
The Legislature of the State of California finds that:
(a) There exists a world-wide revolutionary movement to establish a totalitarian dictatorship based upon force and violence rather than upon law.
(b) This world-wide revolutionary movement is predicated upon and it is designed and intended to carry into execution the basic precepts of communism as expounded by Marx, Lenin, and Stalin.
(c) Pursuant to the objectives of the world communism movement, in numerous foreign countries the legally constituted governments have been overthrown and totalitarian dictatorships established therein against the will of the people, and the establishment of similar dictatorships in other countries is imminently threatening. The successful establishment of totalitarian dictatorships has consistently been aided, accompanied, or accomplished by repeated acts of treachery, deceit, teaching of false doctrines, teaching untruth, together with organized confusion, insubordination, and disloyalty, fostered, directed, instigated, or employed by communist organizations and their members in such countries.
(d) Within the boundaries of the State of California there are active disciplined communist organizations presently functioning for the primary purpose of advancing the objectives of the world communism movement, which organizations promulgate, advocate, and adhere to the precepts and the principles and doctrines of the world communism movement. These communist organizations are characterized by identification of their programs, policies, and objectives with those of the world communism movement, and they regularly and consistently cooperate with and endeavor to carry into execution programs, policies and objectives substantially identical to programs, policies, and objectives of such world communism movement.
(e) One of the objectives of the world communism movement is to place its members in state and local government positions and in state supported educational institutions. If this objective is successful, propaganda can be disseminated by the members of these organizations among pupils and students by those members who would have the opportunity to teach them and to whom, as teachers, they would look for guidance, authority, and leadership. The members of such groups would use their positions to advocate and teach their doctrines and teach the prescribed Communist Party line group dogma or doctrine without regard to truth or free inquiry. This type of propaganda is sufficiently subtle to escape detection.
There is a clear and present danger, which the Legislature of the State of California finds is great and imminent, that in order to advance the program, policies and objectives of the world communism movement, communist organizations in the State of California and their members will engage in concerted effort to hamper, restrict, interfere with, impede, or nullify the efforts of the State and the public agencies of the State to comply with and enforce the laws of the State of California and their members will infiltrate and seek employment by the State and its public agencies.
It shall be sufficient cause for the dismissal of any public employee when such public employee advocates or is knowingly a member of the Communist Party or of an organization which during the time of his membership he knows advocates overthrow of the Government of the United States or of any state by force or violence.

The Commie
Lesson-telling anecdote about just how America has become Communist
November 1, 1946 issue
of US News and World Report (pp. 20-21) released an article entitled
“What US Communists Face: Threats of Postwar Red Hunt”. In this article
a few useful tips were given to encountering Communists:
“Anyone
who teaches the overthrow of the Government by force, or joins a group
dedicated to that teaching, can be fined $10,000 or sentenced to 10
years in jail. The legal problem of attacking Communism thus comes down
to two issues: First, proving that a man is a Communist; and Second,
proving that the Communist Party advocates the overthrow of the Government…
Secrecy has always characterized the Communist operation in this country,
and that continues. Only the official leaders of the party are out in
the open as avowed Communists. Most of the others who are party members
do not admit it.”
“Every Communist is
a potential enemy of the United States and only the bat-blind can fail
to be aware of the Communist invasion of our country.”
November 7, 1947 issue
of US News and World Report released an article entitled “The Real
Communists”. In this article was the following description of "communists":
"The
real communists are not in Hollywood. Nor are they to be found in any substantial number in the rank and file of American labor unions.
The real collectivists and socialists are in Washington - in
the high places of government, in the high councils of the Democratic
Party. For the real communists which America must combat are
not those who are in league with foreign governments or who are
subversive in the sense that they wish to see our form of government overthrown by physical force. America has only a handful of communists
who sympathize with totalitarianism in Russia or are really working
in the interests of a foreign power. But America has many citizens
whose loyalty to the United States is unquestioned and who yet are the
enemies of our risk-capital system. They are doing everything
in their power to overthrow it by political means. The enemies
of our system of risk capitalism are for the most part conscientious citizens with a sincere conviction that state socialism is better
for America than the free enterprise system. They do now avow
that belief. They would be offended if called by any other label
except liberals This very group, however, strives to destroy
our system of capitalism. They really want government capital
and government control substituted and some form of planned economy established, with the government as master. This group is infiltrating
our government, our churches, our schools and colleges in America
the first step in the original approach apparently has been introduced
- not as communism of course, but as so-called liberalism. It
is plainly a move in the direction of state socialism."
“Among intelligent people
there need be no such thing as disagreement; but too often there is
misunderstanding, frequently created by the vicious - twisting in the
meanings of words and ideas. Here is an attempt to correct misunderstanding,
by unbiased definitions. [The New Industrial Dictionary Twelfth Edition]:
Communism - system where inevitable result is: denial of all rights, ambitions,
success to the individual; enslavement. Appeals in this country to the
man who is a failure - promises to drag down the successful so the failure
will no longer need to envy him and so feel inferior.
Security - something you earn by hard work, intelligence and by hard work, intelligence
and your own thrift. When handed to you by a demagogue, becomes synonymous
with slavery.
Socialism - system where inevitable result is destruction of initiative, rewards,
ambition, hope. Synonyms: failure; defeat; poverty; hunger.”

Sec. 841. -
Findings and declarations of fact
The
Congress finds and declares that the Communist Party of the United States
[consisting of the IRS, DOJ, and a corrupted federal judiciary],
although purportedly a political party, is in fact an instrumentality
of a conspiracy to overthrow the [dejure] Government of the United States
[and replace it with a defacto government ruled by the judiciary].
It constitutes an authoritarian dictatorship
[IRS, DOJ, and corrupted federal judiciary in collusion] within a [constitutional] republic, demanding for itself the rights
and privileges [including immunity from
prosecution for their wrongdoing in violation of Article 1, Section 9, Clause 8 of the Constitution] accorded to
political parties, but denying to
all others the liberties [Bill of Rights] guaranteed by the Constitution. Unlike political parties, which evolve their policies and programs through
public means, by the reconciliation of a wide variety of individual
views, and submit those policies and programs to the electorate at large
for approval or disapproval, the policies and programs of the Communist
Party are secretly [by corrupt judges and the IRS in complete
disregard of the tax laws] prescribed for it by the foreign
leaders of the world Communist movement [the IRS and Federal Reserve].
Its members [the Congress, which was terrorized to do IRS bidding
recently by the framing of Congressman Traficant] have no part in determining its goals,
and are not permitted to voice dissent to party objectives. Unlike members
of political parties, members of the Communist Party are recruited for
indoctrination [in the public schools by homosexuals, liberals, and
socialists] with respect to its objectives and methods, and are organized,
instructed, and disciplined [by the IRS and a corrupted judiciary] to
carry into action slavishly the assignments given them by their hierarchical
chieftains. Unlike political parties,
the Communist Party [thanks to a corrupted federal judiciary] acknowledges
no constitutional or statutory limitations upon its conduct or upon
that of its members. The Communist Party is relatively small numerically, and
gives scant indication of capacity ever to attain its ends by lawful
political means. The peril inherent in its operation arises not
from its numbers, but from its failure to acknowledge any limitation
as to the nature of its activities, and its dedication to the proposition
that the present constitutional Government of the United States ultimately
must be brought to ruin by any available means, including resort to force and violence [or using income taxes]. Holding that doctrine, its role as the agency of a hostile foreign power [the Federal Reserve
and the American Bar Association (ABA)] renders its existence a clear
present and continuing danger to the security of the United States. It is the means whereby individuals are seduced into the service of
the world Communist movement, trained to do its bidding, and directed
and controlled in the conspiratorial performance of their revolutionary
services. Therefore, the Communist Party should be outlawed
