Life is that life that is given by God and is given only through His only Begotten Son Jesus Christ. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. I John 5:12  Our physical life is also in God's hands, but not all Americans lives are in God's hands regarding their eternal life. I Timothy 6:9 But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.  This snare is the ... the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.  II Timothy 2:26

We see now, more than ever before, the unsaved politicians and educators in America have been given an open door to redesign America's liberty.  As I have said earlier, since America got rid of the words of God that designed our original and glorious liberty, the opportunity now exists for America to redesign it's own liberty - but this time, it will be designed by it's own words.

Over the years, America has had its own "false brethren unawares brought in, who came in privily to spy out our liberty which we have in America, that they might bring us into bondage."  And, as it has been happening to Christians, it has also been happening to Americans regarding their liberty in Jesus Christ. And that because of false brethren unawares brought in, who came in privily to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage:  Galatians 2:4

Americans did not take heed to Galatians 5:1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.  Had America stood fast, America would still be standing strong and be under God's perfect guidance and care.

Galatians 4:9 But now, after that ye have known God, or rather are known of God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements, whereunto ye desire again to be in bondage?  The American that has enjoyed liberty for many many years is now returning again to the weak and beggarly elements as these folks are demanding the government to do almost everything for them.  From personal health & welfare to safety & personal protection - even to the point of letting the government and news media do their thinking for them, in the midst of a great freedom, Americans are choosing again to retun to bondage!

The glorious liberty that had made America so great is being exchanged for security because of the scared and gutless Americans who want the government to provide their safety instead of them protecting their own selves, as the Constitution designed.  According to Ben Franklin, those people don't deserve liberty or security!

This past week, we have gone from 'Attack on America', to 'America Mourns', to 'America Rebuilds', to 'America Unites'. We will soon be going to 'America Redesigned' & 'America in Bondage'.  Such a shame and unnecessary series of events, but not surprising, eh? America is just joining the ranks of those nations that have rejected God's words.   Jeremiah 6:19  Hear, O earth: behold, I will bring evil upon this people, even the fruit of their thoughts, because they have not hearkened unto my words, nor to my law, but rejected it.

As America returns to bondage, more than ever before, we must look into this Book to search out 'what' & 'where' true happiness can be found in this new world.  That is the happiness we should be pursuing.

Know the Real and True God!
Psalms 144:15b  ... happy is that people, whose God is the LORD.
Psalm 128:1,2 Blessed is every one that feareth the LORD; that walketh in his ways. For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee.
Proverbs 16:20b  ...whoso trusteth in the LORD, happy is he. 
Psalms 118:8 -  It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man. (Not in our friends, riches, self, education, science, career, etc.)
Psalms 146:5  Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God:
This is the God who can:  1) create; 2) keep the truth forever; 3) execute judgment; 4) give food to the hungry or let them starve; 5) keep or release prisoners; 6) open eyes blinded physically and spiritually; 7) raise the those who are bowed down; 8) loveth the righteous; 9) preserve anything He wants; 10) relieve the fatherless; 11) turn the way of the wicked; 12) reign on this earth; 13) affect your body, soul & spirit. There is no other God!  Only One can be worshipped and He must be worshipped in  John 4:24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

II Timothy 3:12 Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.
Hebrews 11:25  Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season;
Romans 8:17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.
I Corinthians 12:26 And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it.
I Timothy 4:10 For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe.
II Timothy 1:12 For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day.

If our happiness is based on God and the Book, then HE will be glorified.  If we continue to give our life to God, then we can expect things to get challenging now, but if we also give God our obedience, then He will lead us through it all!
